Refund Policy
In case of package returned with products in good condition within 15 days from the date of purchase, company will refund the entire amount paid by the customer. Only the shipping and gift-wrapping (where appropriate) will be deducted, as charged by the courier company.
We follow strict NO REFUND POLICY if products are returned by customer after more than 15 days from the purchase date.
No refund shall be made if:
- The package is damaged while shipment
- The customer has used the product or opened it
- Customer changes their mind and doesn’t wish to take the product anymore
We are solely responsible if you get expired product for which company is accountable to refund. While returning goods, please quote the:
- Order number
- Your name
- Name of the product, and
- The reason why you are returning the goods.
